Softkey Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. It applies to our website, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services") and is written for UK and EU users in line with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable ePrivacy rules (including PECR in the UK).

Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy explaining exactly what that app does with data, including advertising (see Section 9). Where an app's policy is more specific, it applies to that app.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form or email us.
Technical data: when you visit our website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, as part of delivering the site.
Website analytics (only if you allow it): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit on our website and their titles, together with technical information such as your browser, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address). See Section 8.
App-related data: described in each app's own privacy policy (see Section 9). Most of our games do not send personal data to us, but show adverts through Google AdMob.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

For UK and EU users, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

Consent: where we ask for it, for example for analytics cookies on our website and optional analytics in our apps.
Contract: where processing is necessary to provide requested services or respond to pre-contract requests.
Legal obligation: where we must process data to meet legal or regulatory duties.
Legitimate interests: for service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service improvement, provided your rights do not override those interests.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate our Services:

Microsoft Azure, which hosts our website and our app cloud services.
EmailJS, which delivers messages sent through our website contact form to us by email.
Google, which provides Google Analytics for our website if you allow it.
The providers named in each app's privacy policy, such as Google AdMob for advertising.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards under applicable law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and where relevant adequacy decisions.

We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and otherwise retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If you are in the UK or EU/EEA, you may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing, including objection to processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Analytics cookies (optional). When you first visit our website, we ask whether you allow analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you choose Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years and let Google recognise repeat visits. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation for our Google Analytics property, so this data is not used for advertising. Google processes it under Google's Privacy Policy, and it may be processed outside the UK and EEA (see Section 5).

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of our website's pages or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.

Local storage (strictly necessary). Our website saves your language choice and your analytics cookie choice in your browser's local storage, so it remembers them on your next visit. These stay in your browser, are not sent to us, and do not require consent under PECR or the ePrivacy Directive. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

Links to social media, app stores, and other websites take you to those services, which have their own cookie and privacy policies.

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where consent is required in the UK/EU, additional age-related requirements may apply under local law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
