Package Fever

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy explains how Package Fever handles information when you play the game. Package Fever is published by Softkey Solutions Ltd.

1. Overview

Package Fever is a game available on supported mobile platforms. You do not need to create an account to play.

2. Personal Data and Advertising

You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to play Package Fever. We do not directly collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data on our own servers. However, Package Fever displays advertising through Google AdMob (see Section 4). Serving those ads means Google and its advertising partners can collect device identifiers such as your advertising ID, your IP address, and other technical data. Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, these identifiers can count as personal data even when the ads shown are not personalised. We do not otherwise collect or share personal data beyond what is described in this policy.

3. Local Game Data

The game stores your best scores and combos, play statistics, coins, upgrades, warehouse and collection progress, daily missions, your best score for the current week, whether you have completed the tutorial, and your sound, music, and vibration settings locally on your device. It also keeps simple on-device counters and a short log of recent game events, such as runs finished and how many runs have been played since the last full-screen advert, so it can balance difficulty and space adverts out. This local data is not an account, is used only to provide game features, and is not sent to us.

4. Advertising

Package Fever is supported by advertising, and ads cannot be turned off. It shows full-screen interstitial adverts provided by Google AdMob after some runs, which are not optional, and offers optional rewarded adverts you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses such as a revive, doubling your coins, a starting shield, or opening a bonus chest.

To deliver and measure these ads, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), general device information, and app interaction data related to ad delivery, such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped.

Where required by law, including in the UK and EEA, Package Fever uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent when you open the game, and no ads are requested until this step completes. Your choices decide whether AdMob may personalise ads or use certain identifiers; they do not turn ads off, and if you decline, AdMob may still show non-personalised or limited ads. Where this consent applies, you can review or change your choices at any time from the privacy options on the game's home screen.

On iOS, Package Fever does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not made available to AdMob and Package Fever does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. On Android, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID. You can limit ad personalisation at any time from your device settings: on iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising, and on Android under Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some devices), where you can also reset or delete your advertising ID.

For more information about how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. Children

Package Fever is not intended to collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy when Package Fever changes. Before releasing any version that adds accounts, leaderboards, analytics, cloud sync, purchases, or new third-party services, we will update this policy and the relevant platform store disclosures.

7. UK and EU Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. This includes data collected by Google AdMob as described in Section 4. You can manage ad-related choices through the game's privacy options and your device's advertising settings (see Section 4). Contact us using the details below for any other privacy question or concern.
